Why the Pentagon Fears Chinese Drones

China is becoming the world leader in small drone manufacturing with companies like DJI. Even the US military has been using them. But now the Pentagon has banned their use, over concerns of Chinese drones are a national security risk. Is this another front in the US China trade war? Or something more?

First they moved all our western company’s there. Gave them all our know how, and now cry that they are afraid of Chinese drones. Sounds like another globalists setup for something

  5. Vinmango B on August 18, 2020 at 10:19 am

You get it from China or Google will give the information to China. You are fighting a lose lose battle and will never change . Google will sell out it users that trusted them at a drop of a hat for a dollar. How do you think all these solicitors get your information they buy it from Google and Google get it from business that uses there software. If you use anything Google his been tied to they have access to everything in your business up to your bathroom habits.

  10. b Low on August 18, 2020 at 10:23 am

That’s fear mongering. The Pentagon, US military can upload their own software into the drones.

*Could" have built-in security flaws? You mean, "do have". This is Communist China and communists always lie. But it’s not just infosec but supply sec, too. If we go to war with China, do you think they’ll want to sell us hardware? Get off the enemy teet.

Where do cellphones come from? Oh that’s right, China. Bluetooth, China, the list is endless. Pack a bit of cell phone tech into a drone. Fly drone, drone makes a call to china on it’s own. How many times do you get calls from a computer? Just saying

Why Apple n Google don’t make drones, but stuck on phones forever?! It’s not DJI’s fault, and they’re doing great. The U.S has much more tech resources than China l think, and the only one we got is iPhone, there are whole bunch of tech companies, even Kodak, IBM n Motorola can do this too, but they just don’t, a small drone is just a little bit hard for them to fly… So, G.I wants to cry!!! (If you don’t politically trust someone) and the last I want to say: Elon Musk, you should make it, now! Stop focus on that Model X-Y-Z, and make Mavic 3…

  26. kawaii byakko on August 18, 2020 at 10:44 am

just saying it’s cheap and why would china care about this? just dont buy it in the first places ez. i found US have problem like you gonna blame every shit then why u use it in the first place? :v it’s like using facebook and post all your privacy then blame facebook expose your privacy.

The military has an annual budget of over $700 billion annually. They have access to every piece of tech known to mankind. The military could just design & build their own. The only drawback is the U.S. military version comparable to a $1000 DJI model would cost $100,000 each.

  30. Bagginses on August 18, 2020 at 10:46 am

of course the governmemt would want to create american manufacturing jobs, but solely for drones…….

  31. Chris L on August 18, 2020 at 10:47 am

200 million weaponized legged drones are described in the six billion copies in print of the book of Revelation chapter 9. So yeah drones will be very relevant to the next major war on the earth, which I imagine will be principle between china an India.

  48. Rona Goodwell on August 18, 2020 at 11:07 am

It should be hard to believe the Pentagon became reliant on tech produced by their number 1 strategic rival. Should be… but it’s not. Even with the monstrous defense budget, procurement officials decided they needed to buy stuff on the cheap. Good thinking, guys. Our security is in good hands.
