This is ridiculous some drones have 3 and more miles range and they want you to fly them within 50-100′ from you? lol seriously why people are so stupid.

I could be wrong but I believe I read somewhere that flying in State parks was prohibited.

This is a small passage from state bill #3370. This bill negates all local drone laws.
Except as otherwise prohibited by P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill), a person who is authorized by federal law to operate an unmanned aircraft system may operate an unmanned aircraft system in this State for any purpose, provided that the person operates the unmanned aircraft system in a manner consistent with applicable federal law and regulations.
