I’m a real estate agent and want to grab some neighborhood footage for my videos. See any problem with sending a drone up to snap some video clips in areas where there are homes, condos, and nearby shopping? My goal is to present a birdseye view of what’s around specific areas. Of course, all of the recommendations you gave below would be followed. None of the recorded footage would be sold, so I wouldn’t think I’d need a commercial license. Looking forward to your reply.

I don’t see the link for the FAA Drone Zone Website. But thanks for the video 🙂

Thanks for the advice, but what about parks?
    Q: Can I use my drone/plane (Quadcopter/UAV) in a state park?
A: The current rule is all recreational drone use is prohibited in state parks.

And as a visitor, how do you figure out what a state park is?
