Why, oh why, oh why do so many of these aircraft insist on having their extraordinarily (potentially) dangerous rotors a kneecap-level (or small errant child neck-level)? What is the issue with putting them safely 2m above the ground? Someone?

Do the math – Lilium is vaporware: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lilium_GmbH. I think that Volocopter is among the promising and serious projects – and not that far from a viable product.

    JUNK

No matter how they do it no matter how futuristic they look, as long as they keep using propellers they will be inefficient and noisy.

    🧐Do police have better equipment?

    💲Where are those videos ?

  8. Crimson on October 24, 2021 at 8:52 am

These are some amazing designs, the Airbus is so far my favorite design, with Lilium a close second.

  9. Andriy Dykyy on October 24, 2021 at 8:52 am

    Lilium rocks

  10. Skunk Bucket on October 24, 2021 at 8:52 am

In what way is the Lilium a "jet"? Probably in the same way that my Toyota is a turbine car. Wouldn’t mind having one, though. Good video.

Heyy can u share all the vtol aircraft list that you share in the beginning of the video please

  14. Steve Just Saying on October 24, 2021 at 9:03 am

Maximum flight time of 15 minutes? Are you serious? What’s the point?

your missing 2 at least, RTP and ACIC

I like the Skyairbus for tourism, however if you take two engines off of it and make it so they pivot for forward reverse, and make a two seater Hellicopter you will sell the hell out of it.

At 6:14 Prototype "Eagle" created lift but it’s designe was flawed
because your housing restricted it. PS my name is Luis not something racist.

  21. Lester on October 24, 2021 at 9:15 am

Where will you park these damn things? The whole ownership life cycle has to be thought through. Tourism? You mean several thousand of these destryoing the peace and quiet? The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

  22. Jebi Se on October 24, 2021 at 9:16 am

weird math here airbus can travel up to 120km/h can fly 15 minutes and in those 15 minutes can travel up to 241km… must be some very advance tech to curve space or something also in 250kg of cargo it can fit 4 persons… skinny people

  23. Dragoş Scarlat on October 24, 2021 at 9:17 am

I dont get it how can Airbus fly 241km and a max time of 15 min?? Am I dumb or I’m missing something?

  24. Terry Johnson on October 24, 2021 at 9:18 am

Do these people realize I can buy a plane cheaper and fly further than they can who ever pays them $200,000 for either one of these plane just to fly for 15 minutes that’s crazy and a damn shame to ask for that much money for 15 minutes of flying time

  25. Kevin Strutt on October 24, 2021 at 9:22 am

    Black fly is way better

  26. Dennis Kearns on October 24, 2021 at 9:24 am

    Safety for 15 minutes

  27. G. Bernier on October 24, 2021 at 9:27 am

E Hang is by far the most promising vehicules. Already we can fly it in Hong Kong.

  28. GARY MCCANN on October 24, 2021 at 9:27 am

I am not interested in a taxi, but if I can buy one for a reasonable price then I would. These start up companies are really stupid not marketing to individuals. Many people spend 100K plus for a personal aircraft.

    EHANG LLIUM AIRBUS

  30. John T. on October 24, 2021 at 9:30 am

  31. Reggy2000 on October 24, 2021 at 9:31 am

Say it again with me “it is not available for individual sale”

  32. Enermax Stephens on October 24, 2021 at 9:31 am

  34. August Janke on October 24, 2021 at 9:33 am

You would think with our technology we could come up with better looking eVTOL’s😞the city Airbus looks the best though but it’s performance specs aren’t very good compared to the others

    No no ser shet

  36. xevious2501 on October 24, 2021 at 9:36 am

All of them can fly but only one clearly stands above them all, Lilium Jet. Its the only craft that A. a true Vtol that doesn’t require a runway, B. Does not have dangerously exposed rotors. C. Due to its design has extreme levels of efficiency such as the lowest coefficient of drag 21:1 . It design generates lift both directly and indirectly by way of its 36 ducted fans a that also produces static lift by sucking moving air across the wings airfoil, as well as the fuselage itself. And unlike some of these other vtol concepts, Lilium still has wings in forward flight that generate a large amount of lift, further increasing range and battery life. If Lilium were to loose all power it still can glide safely to the ground, or deploy its parachute. And thats just the surface of its brilliance.

The other Ehang 216 looks awesome but watch out for your legs.

  38. Malefitz 68 on October 24, 2021 at 9:37 am

  42. Shariq Ali Khan on October 24, 2021 at 9:40 am

Looks like an ugliness competition 😂 elegance doesn’t seem to be on the agenda! Just electric helicopters, nothing else, none of them can drive. The last one is acceptable in terms of design, at least.

  43. William Iannucci on October 24, 2021 at 9:43 am

What good are they if they only last 15 minutes of airtime hopefully Elon Musk will save the day

  44. Harry on October 24, 2021 at 9:44 am

great idea, crap we will never be allowed to own them.
