It’s 172% likely that this is actually a time submarine…meant to sail through the mess of time and fractal spin frequencies. Probably.

An underwater mine laying drone sub would be smart…

  8. Kamran Iqbal on May 9, 2021 at 2:31 am

how do you consider it with regards to the chinese under water drone?

  9. Daniel Ramsey on May 9, 2021 at 2:32 am

Why not build a synthetic whale? Good enough to fool most sensors and sound recorders. The ultimate mobile mine, and nuclear. Or it can just gather Intel or spit out mini drones.

  10. Learner M on May 9, 2021 at 2:32 am

What happens when China hacks the AI software on board and commandeers the autonomous vehicles/crafts? They are able to hack into everything. What is to stop them from doing this?

  11. Cliffco on May 9, 2021 at 2:33 am

Build more ORCAS . To take out Russian and Chinese navy ships. 😎

  12. mattyu1818 on May 9, 2021 at 2:34 am

Turn down the intro music. That’s absolutely ridiculous. In fact. Just get rid of it? It’s so budget.

if i could give you a double thumbs down I would, as per comments below, that intro music is total sh*t

  16. slimhope1 on May 9, 2021 at 2:36 am

Boeing?, they can’t even make planes that don’t fall out the sky killing hundreds. Wouldn’t trust them with a Turnip.

The grandmother of the autonomous nuclear submarine. Miniaturization will be incredible.

  20. tigerboy60 on May 9, 2021 at 2:42 am

Why is the US Government putting information and video’s like this on the internet? We don’t need to know about new technology like this.

Ever wondered why deep sea robots use cables., and not antennas?

  22. Tom Palmer on May 9, 2021 at 2:43 am

I’m wondering if we could develop underwater drones that can detect Gotland class submarines.

These Orca the killer Undersea Vehicle can they carry nuclear weapons. The only weakness if the enemy can override its program and the enemy can use it against us.

Love the competition between Lockheed and Boeing

  26. Andrew Steen on May 9, 2021 at 2:47 am

The background "music" sounds like a car door has been left open ughh so distracting lmao

  27. Rick Shelby on May 9, 2021 at 2:48 am

Your opening "instrumental" comes on loud enough to wake the dead. I fumble to lower the volume. Then, when the narrative begins, I have to fumble once again to increase the volume loud enough to hear it. Can you please take the controls away from the kids and give them something else to play with?

  32. Dr Bendover on May 9, 2021 at 2:58 am

just big enough for a Chinese fishing net better off placing blades on it to cut through any Chinese ideas:)

  33. Vishal Agrawal on May 9, 2021 at 2:59 am

Hope it adds another feature like Russian posedion such that it can kill Chinese aircraft carrier in south China Sea and other assets placed in artificial island. ..it will be very small in size to lay or detect mines in such vast ocean. ..so large version will be OK. …surveillance work can be trusted on underwater cables as this cannot cover huge area underwater. ..tracking submarines and other naval assets can be done through sonar system installed. ..but underwater defence system can track it and kill it. …so it also requires counter defence system. …jammers and sensors required to track and jam enemy radars. …

  34. bigmac on May 9, 2021 at 3:00 am

Seriously, at what point does Russia just tap out??

  35. Andrew Buchanan on May 9, 2021 at 3:01 am

Could you give more details on why Boeing was prefered to Lockheed and what other opportunities are available to Lockheed in regard to UUVs?

  43. Make Racists Afraid Again on May 9, 2021 at 3:11 am

Is this thing quiet enough to be an enormous torpedo?
Can it sit in a harbor and collect electronic intercepts?
Can it place a powerful explosive device in the middle of an enemies’ ship formation?
Can it search for and destroy enemy submarines?
Can a formation provide a picket line?
    I used to shout:
    Halt!
    Who is there?
    State your purpose?
    Advance to be recognized.
    Halt!
    Present your identification.
    You may pass.
    Can these things do that?
Who needs hyper speed when you have the patience (and lethality) of a spider?

Are you aware of what kind of soil you live in? It’s enough to have one bomb of 1 kiloton to hit the Yellowstone Park, what kind of eruption will cause it. This is a mitigating circumstance, because if an eruption occurs, the whole world will be gone, and that is your biggest burden.

  45. Sierra Vortec on May 9, 2021 at 3:12 am

Read about this first on the Drive blog. Definitely my favourite blog for military stuff

  46. Γβ Βεργακης on May 9, 2021 at 3:13 am

This wont work, you cannot network or even control an rc sub, because radio communication is impossible in the sea, it will have to wait for the quantum telecom age.

My MONITOR underwater drone is better…..
