hey dude….. I’m ready to get started… need your help.

  2. Frank's Channel on December 9, 2020 at 9:47 pm

The two greatest innovations in FPV quadcopter flying: Jumper T16 V2 Pro (LOVE MINE!) and DJI HD digital video system. &^%$ FrSky and get the JUMPER!!! Put Open TX on it and away you go!

  3. W. Li on December 9, 2020 at 9:49 pm

Hey Stew and other pro’s here. I’ve heard that the makers of Jumper has splitten up to Jumper and Radiomaster. Which one would you guys recommend? Jumper T18 or RM T16S?

  4. David Chillton on December 9, 2020 at 9:49 pm

Found this right before I bought a budget frsky radio, looks a hell of a lot nicer, and a lot more helpful wallet wise and I don’t have to just put away old recievers away, I can keep them on the model and just use a different radio. Now that’s a win win 👍

  5. alexongpanghai on December 9, 2020 at 9:49 pm

I’m currently using flysky can I transfer my current model to jumper t16?

  6. Michael Szmania on December 9, 2020 at 9:50 pm

Your old radio had a little more of a tubular feel. Lol

  7. TWS reviews on December 9, 2020 at 9:52 pm

NOOOOO…Just got mine and doesn’t support the FrSky LR9 receivers. I have a few of these non telemetry long range receivers……They are very good with extended range compared to the X8R……Why Jumper Why?????? Are you aware of this?

  8. Robert Dawson on December 9, 2020 at 9:54 pm

Will it bind with Futaba Fassst?

  9. Richard Davison on December 9, 2020 at 9:57 pm

just watched your great video on this transmitter and i think there was a mistake in the price you mentioned i am sure you said about $150 bucks there abouts i could be wrong so off i went to phaser fvp and faster fpv .and i could not find one for less than $250 bucks? man i was gob smacked if you can get me one for a better price than $250 i will get it. or were you using American dollars. As a newbie to drone flying i want to get in on the right foot .i would like to do a build with the features that come on DJI mavics can this be done as a build like your frame racing drones . any advice or videos would be a great help. cheers richard

Does anyone know if the T16 pro Hall has a working wired trainer port?

  11. rave brave on December 9, 2020 at 9:57 pm

chikoli you must go checkout the Radiomaster….. have you seen their radio

  12. Jerri Coverstone on December 9, 2020 at 9:57 pm

This is the worst piece of crap radio I ever bought. It intermittently looses connection.

I have a trashed race quad because it just quit sending the signal and off the quad went.

I took it apart and found the worst solder connections since I got a Hobbyking pocket DVR.

I do not recommend this peice of junk. Just keep your old FrSky which is what I went back to

  13. Myles Jarvis on December 9, 2020 at 9:57 pm

I wonder if the guys flying the $25,000 turbine jet models use these……

  14. Loft54 on December 9, 2020 at 9:58 pm

  16. OUTBOX FPV on December 9, 2020 at 10:02 pm

Hey nice reveiw maan. Is this TX far better than taranis x9D plus SE or qx7S?? whats your thoughts after using it for long now. How is the service backup now?

  17. hen van on December 9, 2020 at 10:02 pm

I can see why you are venturing down the T16 road, makes for great videos. A friend has just purchased the T16 Pro in our club in Melbourne. Here are my observations. The T16 has cheap plastic sticks, No Bluetooth and no APP so you can program your radio etc and view telemetry sensors on your smart phone. The T16 has no charger, so you need to spend US$65 to get one. The T16 button labels are almost invisible to read. The roller feels terrible and cheap. The internal and external modules have mainly older protocol selections in its menu selection, so another upgrade coming soon? The main ARM CPU does not have the encryption capability to run the newer protocols so I can see the next revision of T16 super Pro in the next 6 months. And what is all this RF tuning for to obtain the best RSSI, rubbish. The T16 is cheap, it feels cheap and I predict will have a short life span. Lets see I maybe wrong.

  18. FlightLineDownUnder on December 9, 2020 at 10:04 pm

My current radio is a FrSky QX7 with a Spektrum DSM2 Module. This sounds like a great alternative but I fly with the throttle on the right. With the QX7 you opened the back up and swapped springs etc to set which side the throttle was on. Can you do a similar thing with the T16 Pro?

  19. Pietro Scarpa on December 9, 2020 at 10:04 pm

    i need this radio

  20. Mauricio Alves on December 9, 2020 at 10:05 pm

Nice review, and thank you very much for that. But, as far as I have been looking for, I have not seen any review using the Radiomaster (or even Jumper T16 ) with 50cc or bigger size gassers airplanes. And that is a real shame, because both companies maybe are missing a huge amount of money. Radiomaster and Jumper should also aim, face up and shake strongly the big and more stabilshed radio companies in that niche, in my humble opinion… starting with sponsoring the best gassers airplane pilots perhaps is a good starting aproach. Greetings from south of Brazil.

  21. Alex B on December 9, 2020 at 10:05 pm

I made the switch form my QX7 and I love it.

  22. Jan Domingo on December 9, 2020 at 10:08 pm

Coming from qx7. Is this a good upgrade?

  23. Mark Hann on December 9, 2020 at 10:08 pm

Can someone please tell me if I can transfer my models from Frsky Taranis Plus across to this radio. I backed up my models to sd card, but really don’t want to reset up all my models. Hellicopters & drones. If so is there a tutorial on how to do this. Cheers Mark

  25. Steven Yanner on December 9, 2020 at 10:12 pm

Just ordered this. I have tons of DSMX/DSM2 rx in planes/helis/jets and now a few Frsky quads. Now I can fly them all on one radio!

  26. WindjumbieFPV on December 9, 2020 at 10:14 pm

I definitely will be getting this as my first transmitter 😃 future proof!

  27. DB S on December 9, 2020 at 10:15 pm

Of course he dare not mention the bench mark radio Futaba ! 😉

  28. UAVfutures on December 9, 2020 at 10:15 pm

IF you had to choose, eg you lost your current radio. Would you get this or stick to your current radio? Also shout out to my patreons over at – ill have a post up soon so someone can win the one I just upgraded with the new module.

  29. Jonathan Miller on December 9, 2020 at 10:16 pm

So for the beginners kit 2019, are we swapping out the frsky for this guy?

  30. ahwayzcool on December 9, 2020 at 10:17 pm

Will this be a good replacement for my DX9 radio?

  31. Roy Neil on December 9, 2020 at 10:19 pm

  32. Ken Hesselbacher on December 9, 2020 at 10:22 pm

    Scroll Wheel broke. Common issue.

  33. Paweł Fabiszewski on December 9, 2020 at 10:25 pm

Is there any „short” throttle gimbal for this? 🙂

  34. BlkiceMike on December 9, 2020 at 10:27 pm

I got the open tx RadioMaster TX16S hall gimbals, touch screen, crossfire. It basically looks the same as Jumper. Although from all the reviews I have seen, the Tx16S is a bit more bang for your buck!¡! I luv my RadioMaster TX16S. So far no complaints here.
Upon further researching both items. They were actually same brand at one point in time. Two developers came up with an awesome idea, then they decide to go separate ways. So then u have the Jumper and then you have the RadioMaster brands. There’s even a TX18 but from what I can gather, the TX16S blows it outa the water hands down from the many different reviewers opinions. Myself I dont really care either way. They all look nice and they all have specific ordinance . Tomato ,Tomoto..

Hows the t16pro holding up ? I think my xlite is wore out i keep getting twitches in all my quads thinkin of goin with another xlite or sumthin bigger im so used to the smaller gimbals and the throws.was gonna go with xlitepro but access protocol is an issue with runnin my whoops and xm+s

  40. Kiz Bartlett on December 9, 2020 at 10:34 pm

I have spent a day of fucking headaches and whatnot to find out if the transmitter i want to buy supports D8 as i plan on getting a tiny whoop. I don’t want headaches, i want a fucking transmitter.

"jumper T16 pro supports it". Sweet, T16 pro it is.

WTF is FreeSky trying to achieve? Even the X-Lite is fucked for D8 now FreeSky has stopped support on it. And the X-Lites MVP was fucking D8. Are FreeSky smoking crack?

  41. Nico Sänger on December 9, 2020 at 10:35 pm

My first radio is a FlySky FS-i6X and it is still in use, well at least a couple of days. I ordered a T16 and I am happy as a child waiting for christmas 😀

  42. hen van on December 9, 2020 at 10:35 pm

The T16 had a very short life span, now it the T18 or radioMaster TX16. In 3 months it will be the T20. ???

  44. Dit KWAD! on December 9, 2020 at 10:37 pm

yup we used to love Taranis, present they’re full of limit even we cant install crossfire again, and should love to access.

  45. Zach Cagley on December 9, 2020 at 10:37 pm

I literally just got my Jumper t16 pro last Friday. Busted my old radio and needed a new one. Watched JBs reviews of his and went for it. No more fighting with carrying multiple radios or dealing with FrSky being a pain. Couldn’t be happier with this Jumper t16!! Your review makes me feel even better about it. As for FrSky? I think they need to get down off their high horse and quit being asses.

  46. Hard-Link on December 9, 2020 at 10:39 pm

If you are new buy this..
If not, just use your frsky.

    Fortunately im new.. 😅

  50. Michael Smith on December 9, 2020 at 10:43 pm

I am sad to say good BYE to: JR, Futabu, SPECTRUM, FrySKY, and MANY others because this T16 is KILLING them in every way, ESPECIALLY price! The T16 PRO is NOW the LEADER by FAR, and i LIKE FUTUBA!
