MJX BUGS 3 new parts & speed test. The mjx bugs is alot of fun and very durable trust me I know. I’ll be putting up a new as soon as more parts arrive. My goal is to see what the best mph I can get on this cool brushless bugs. I know she can do much better just have to find the right spot for her. the gps killing the speed,you need a quantum gps unit much smaller and lighter 👌
I have the mjx 601H what can I upgrade. They look like the same parts. Mostly want to upgrade the motors.

How many volts is that 3s battery your using
What is the make and model of the battery bought? And does it fit in the drone without any modification? Also does the drone lost any stability? In other videos people who put larger batteries in saw their B3’s become unstable. Your hobby store link is just to the google search info on them. Thanks,

get yourself a couple boxes of Ritz clothing dye and some warm water and soak them in whatever color. . the longer you soak them the darker. does not add weight :0)

There is nothing bad to say about the Bugs 3. Just an amazing quad for the money, cost aside its still a great quad. Lends itself incredibly well to modifications. Really blurs the line between toy and hobby grade quadcopters. This is the quad you want if you are going from toy grade to race quad, its also the quad you want as a second flyer. Buy a cheap knock off go pro and throw the legs back on and in 5 min you have a nice camera bird as well. Cant go wrong with this one!! For Around $220 you could by the drone, a 3s battery, a nice 5.8 fpv cam, goggles, a knock off go pro and you would have everything covered. 1 quad to rule them all so to speak.
3 cell is 11.2 volts? on stock fc and esc?

I would imagine you would be over 50mph without the gps. They’re not so light.

This can’t be right? I clocked my tarantula x6 with ball bearing upgrades at 64 mph on the highway I think your gps is off because your efn drone was smoking out there
I’m pretty sure that GPS device would slow down the overall speed of what the drone could handle without it

What can be done about that drop it does on full forward thrust and how it takes a lot of throttle to stop it from hitting the ground when comming back down fast? Using a 2s 3000mah
Have you had problems with the speed controllers or motors with the 3 blade set up?
That would actually go faster if you could ditch the GPS weight. I recently thought I had a bad motor as mine wouldn’t hover stable…really jittery. Swapped out for a new set of props and it’s like new again. I had no idea they were that sensitive to prop damage as the old ones only had some very minor chips.

I have a MJX 5w and I want to try a 3S of 1350 45C, my question is, does the drone have a game to withstand that 11.1v voltage range? I usually make aerial recordings with the fimiA3 too, in case you feel like going through my channel, ok. A hug.
How do you do gas in a straight line? I’ve put a 3S and I only see the power when it goes up. If I go in a straight line and give it power, it goes up to full power but there was no front as in your video. Could you give me some advice? Thank you!!
Your putting a review and telling people they have great drones. They are not a fair company. Send you a free drone so you can sell for them. But the drone have a mind of their own. Don’t buy MJX. They don’t stand behind the products they sell but give the review a free one to sell for them.
Try some Azure props 😉 I clocked 104kmh with some Azure Tri blades and 116kmh with bi-blade. I used my Zero X Blitz tho not mjx. But very fast props compared to the stock. Stock I clock 100kmh max.
Any probs with your ESCs with the 6045s,I was reading a review on some gemfan or dal props 6045 and he said it burned out his ESCs,and to stick to 5045 I have never heard that.would just like to confirm with you ,also would like to run 3s with those props
