Learn to Fly a Drone for Cheap

Very tiny learning drone: https://amzn.to/2UzG4Fg
Foldable drone: https://amzn.to/2HpW0qW

Ever wanted to learn to fly a drone for cheap? Some of the ones they sell at big box stores are always hundred of dollars. My recommendation is to go small. The smaller it is, the cheaper it is. Then you can port over your knowledge on how to fly one to a bigger more expensive drone as you gain experience. This tapering method is great in that it minimizes cost risks and also gets your feet wet to figure out of flying really is for you.

The Visuo drone is too crappy. If you don’t know how to fly, get the mini one. Then get the DJI Spark – $400.

@BeatTheBush – At the end of the video, you can ask a question. That’s great. It’ll more interactive. It’s cool that you spend time replying to comments that your viewers left.

A lot of the time when I’m working on something I get annoyed that I have to stop to eat. I may have already mentioned this before.

Excellent advice even if u r not a skill hoarder. Sometimes, we simply lose interest n things. Novelty wears off, you know like your first husband, then the second third, fourth, eight…. Lol.

I’ve been flying Remote control airplanes, helicopters and drones for years. I wonder if anyone would sponsor me?

I recommend a good simulator and then get yourself a real hobby drone because remember you get what you pay for lol

Double A not triple A batteries and the prop protectors are for indoor flying…max speed of that model is 8 m/s or 28 km/h so any wind less than that is ok…

I wish I could see it filming you for a time like a few minutes, that way we could see the real quality and what it is really capable of. Thanks for sharing.

Great Beat , a query, according to the manual, when using the drone and the battery ends, it has to let it cool and then load it, with the drone happens the same, you have to wait for it to cool and not damage the motors and then put the spare battery and follow FL Iyin???

Looks like fun! How high were you able to make it go?

  25. Edward Tse on January 24, 2021 at 8:20 pm

In my life, I’ve tried starting small, but it turned out that I grew out of being small within 2 weeks, so it’s not worth to even start small. I think start with acceptable level is better. Like get a Spark for $400.

  26. Rick on January 24, 2021 at 8:20 pm

How about buying a used drone?

Btw. what do you do when you are reading comments? You listen to music etc. or replying in itself is pleasant enough?

  30. john pardon on January 24, 2021 at 8:21 pm

the links for buying the drone doesn’t work 😉
ya vid is high in the budget drone search result so you might want to update it.
wasn’t gonna buy it. just curious.

How to fly a drone for cheap: Steal one

  35. simpletongeek on January 24, 2021 at 8:26 pm

Good find. I forget what kind of cheap drone I have to learn on, but it’s one of the bigger size because it’d be easier to learn. DJI Spark is my next step, but FAA has to create a registration and that’s kind of bummer and dim my enthusiasm about drones. 🙁

  36. Jlina A on January 24, 2021 at 8:27 pm

Cool! Looks like fun … I hoard skills too XD

  37. Alpha Preparatory Academy on January 24, 2021 at 8:29 pm

is dis the x-tra mini drone

  38. White Kita on January 24, 2021 at 8:29 pm

I was thinking about getting a drone for a while now…and this one seems pretty nice, but you can see parts of the drone in the picture when recording….will this be there when you download what you recorded or be gone? …cause that would bother me…

  39. Matt Mendez on January 24, 2021 at 8:32 pm

Build your own! FPV Racing is the best.

why not buy a $1,000 Mavic Pro?

  42. dave597 on January 24, 2021 at 8:34 pm

Great advice, I have the micro drone at the start well worth it for learning the controls before moving onto a bigger one. It gets boring quite quickly though.

  43. PLEASUREDISE Adventures on January 24, 2021 at 8:34 pm

I purchased a buget drone to see if i would like it . And the company sent me another one to test as well . I also have some usable footage on my channel. Please check it out .

My brother in law is really into drones. He’s actually starting a consulting business for drone business operators. How much longer before our packages are shipped via drone?

  46. i xStewieBx on January 24, 2021 at 8:40 pm

I agree. Flying the cheaper drones 1. Is good for learning to fly and 2. It’s just fun. Dont get 1 if you want good image quality. For a starter drone I’d recommend the dji spark. Can get a used one nowadays for around 250cad so cheaper I usd..
