Law enforcement may soon fly drones without a warrant in active crime, crash scenes

This week the Florida house criminal justice subcommittee unanimously approved legislation by a vote of 12-0 that would allow law enforcement agencies to use drones on crime scenes, traffic accidents and crowd control without securing a warrant.

    They’re out in public…there is no expectation of privacy out in public…you’d be amazed at how many police try to interpret that when a civilian waves a camera around.

    Let them because I think that is better for the safety of the community. How are the police gonna protect us when every time we cry invasions of privacy and human rights. When criminals do their crime your rights is the last thing on their mind they gonna rob and kill you.
