The mom ran outside and watched it burn and watched her husband burn. Both should be charged, kid had multiple mental illnesses

Whether the fire was intentionally set or not, this 9 year old child shall be locked away… *PERMANENTLY.*
No. Appeals. Whatsoever. Not even the U.S. Supreme Court will hear this appeal.

    They will probably execute him.

  6. Clownish-Gambino on November 2, 2020 at 1:25 pm

They will not end up prosecuting the child, the adolescent brain isn’t nearly developed enough to comprehend the magnitude of his actions hence proving criminal intent is impossible.

Posturing. Just send him to Maryville. He’ll get the help he needs there. Why even put on this show.

I don’t see why people are attacking the kid so much. We don’t even know if he could grasp the true impact of his actions especially when we don’t know his living situations or anything.

The interview ii watched this morning from a few mos ago ,the mother said he had been diagnosed with mental illness. That hevwasnt a monster and she loved him even tho he burned up so many family members. She doesnt think he needs to be in jail or anything . I think he needs to be locked up in a juvenile facility and kept there until hes old enough to be locked up in prison the rest of his life. He knew dam well what the results of setting fire to the home were. He knew people would die. He burned his family alive. LOCK HIM UP! He will do it again if he doesnt suffer consequences of his behavior.

I agree that yeah, 9 years old is young, but know the details before you claim one is innocent

I kinda wonder how the mother got out of child engagement charges for being aware the child has a history of starting fires but still let the boy unattended
