Hi. I’m by the Hudson River. I see green where I want to fly but no altitude limit eg 400feet. How do I know my limit. If u can help thanks

Great video! I just got authorization via KittyHawk to fly tomorrow in Class D airspace near where I live. I got the Text authorization message from the FAA. However, my DJI Mavic Pro still shows the area as a "No Fly" zone. How do I get the info "into" my Mavic so it will allow me to take off? Thanks for your help.

What would happen if in your case you flew to 325 ft? When the ceiling is 300
Should finish the video with how to unlock your dji drone. Cause then you get there and cant take off.

The phone thing you mentioned, I too did that but as a licensed aircraft pilot, I would use my portable handheld radio to stay in contact with the tower. It’s always best to "communicate the hazard" as we used to say as aviators and in the military. I’m "rusty" and LAANC is new to me, so now I’m back to "square 1" and learning from you through your video. Thanks for putting this on YouTube.
