Very nice view. It’s great to have someone explain it the way you did. Right to the point. 👍👍👍

Great video – I always try and give myself 50% battery reserve to come home. Even if the drone is right over head, making this the safe buffer to get the drone back. Plan your shots ahead of time for that ‘just in case’ scenario.

so if i am taking off on a roof top building say 430 feet… Can I still fly another 400 feet equaling 830 feet?

Flying high is a rookie desire. With experience you soon realize it’s lousy video and gets boring fast.

This is great! I get the buildings and infrastructures but what about cliffs and mountain ridges/hills? Can we apply the same principle to those? I would love to do some ridge dives with my new DJI FPV drone…

Was my drone supposed to go into the stratosphere?

to note on the birds. for some reason, humming birds seem to HATE my DJI mini2. they swoop at it a lot.

Excellent video, information and tips.  Just want to add that if you are flying in Controlled Airspace with ATC/LAANC approval, the 400’ lateral rule “does not” apply and you cannot fly above the ATC approved altitude.   Thanks for the video.

Doesn’t matter if Verizon doesn’t want to to fly by their towers. Only the FAA controls that
