at the higher heights the neighbors property gets into the frame , is this not a huge issue with privacy laws?

  5. JZagro on July 15, 2022 at 7:44 pm

Great video! Quick question, how do you manage line of sight for far off shots? Or are you using much of the camera on board for spacial awareness?

  13. JD L on July 15, 2022 at 7:54 pm

  14. Flying Buffalo Aerial Photgraphy on July 15, 2022 at 7:54 pm

What do you do with the stills? You don’t incorporate them into the video. and how do you make it speed up …is it a Premeire feature you are doing or is that in your shoot?

  15. Andrew Jacobs on July 15, 2022 at 7:55 pm

Do you not use any of the intelligent modes, like active lock, spotlight, etc.? I’m doing my first house on Tuesday and I was going to use those modes to let the drone do most of the work. don’t think I’m a good enough pilot yet to do it without the intelligent modes.

I know this is not at the forefront of everyone’s mind, but if the listing will appear on the local MLS it has to comply with that states advertising rules. In some cases that states real estate governing board may think you are offering the home for sale, which could include huge fines.

H.265 with newer drones is much better in 5k if using a high bitrate. Just a thought! Great video!

Greetings. Currently studying for the Part 107 license. While flying over homes/businesses near the client, do you take any measures to inform those owners in advance that you will be flying over their properties?

    Thanks in advance

Hey Mike, would you go with Mavic 2 Pro in August 2021 or Air 2S for real estate photography/videography? (since Mavic 3 is not coming anytime soon). Does the variable aperture really helps with real estate? I mean one of my mentor told me to get mavic 2 pro over air 2s just because of the variable aperture.. Please help! Love your videos tho! ❤

Wanting to try Waypoints with my Mavic Air 2. I tried going into Hyperlaps and then Waypoints…and I get a message that I need to be flying first. Is there a way to preset my flight plan in Waypoints before launching my drone?

FYI – I’m new at this just got my Basic license a year ago…and now getting in my flying hours. Real Estate is my goal. A professional photographer since 1985 turned high school teacher. I’m retiring in 4 years and will need something to keep me occupied.
