Thanks for posting. Retiring from law enforcement soon and have my part 107. Hope to get clients. Your videos are inspiring.
Hi, thanks for sharing your story. I am also looking into starting my own drone company. Love your videos. Currently studying for part 107. Do you have any advice?
Enjoying your stuff, you’re very open AND informative. You are literally the first youtube channel where clicked the bell to be informed of new videos 🙂 I’m a new Part 107 pilot in NYC, interested in what it takes to do something likes on the side as a business – perhaps that can grow into a retirement hobby/business plan within the next ten years. Thanks for the video’s, they’ve been great!
What is required for most of these jobs besides having a drone, Part 107, and flying experience? Interested in pursuing this career, but am having trouble finding what to expect as far as requirements go (technical classes, certifications, etc.). Thank you for any info you can share! 🙂
Day in the life highly anticipated
This is so cool
You’re awesome. I can’t wait to get my 107.
You’re super inspiring Taylor. Watching your videos gave me the je ne sais quoi I needed to get started on my business. I received my OFFICIAL Part 107 License in the mail yesterday 🙂 Thank you for sharing your journey – Your Biggest Fan in San Diego
Thank you im in the drone leaning program do you have any advice.
…hey thank you for posting – I watched your videos many months ago …I want to be a drone lady too, so thank you for posting! I brought a baby drone for the house and I got so frustrated – I think its too small (super mini). Now your posting again and its making it want to try again!
Very interesting! You are very impressive Taylor and I’m looking forward to learning more.
Nice! Just what I needed👍 Subscribed!
wow very proud of your achievements! liked and subscribed !!!
Very similar start as I had. Great job!! I am just venturing out in my own after running our program for 5 years.
there should be a drone for food delivery soon
How did you reach out to construction companies on your own to do work? random cold calls, and what is your pitch to them?
Hey, Taylor, I’ve been watching you for about three years now and have taken a lot of your advice. Being a part 107 pilot has a lot of growing pain and challenges, but you gotta find your niche in this industry. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the information on becoming a Drone Pilot , I passed the part 107 and i practice with my DJI mini, can i start calling up companies to see if i can get a job in the field ,
Okay, my mind is blown. I am watching all of your videos and you are answering so many of my questions. One that I haven’t seen mentioned is whether or not you have done any government contract work as a UAS pilot. I work for the F-22 program as a contractor and I’m retired military so I wonder if there are opportunities for drone work there. Gotta get my google on I guess!
Hi Taylor, I am curious what you filmed during your hurricane projects? Do you have any footage of that? I am so excited to get my drone business off the ground. I also want to thank you for your videos they are amazing and so helpful. I want you to know you translate the information in a clear and relaxed pace that makes it a joy to listen to ,also you deliver you information in such a way that it is easy to comprehend.
Thank you Bob Mahaney

how much money could someone potentially make with a uas?
As you mentioned is kind of hard for a drone business to have high demand here in the brotherly love city. I happy to see you moving forward and not giving up. Kudos.
Taylor, your video was very informative and much appreciated, you have “paid it forward” Thank you for your time and consideration.
Interesting
Do you have any previous schooling? Im looking into drone piloting and there are schools that offer UAV and aeronautics training. unfortunately there are not any schools in my area and they are quite pricey (these are 4 year colleges). Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
I am a Commerical Pilot with my Single Engine and Multi Engine ratings as well as a Certified Flight Instructor, working on my Multi Engine Instructor certificate. Looks like all I have to do is take a quick online class about drones then fill out a form. I wonder if having that full Aviation experience would add to a drone pilot’s resume?
You are EXACTLY who I was looking for on YouTube. I’m subscribing immediately.
Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Taylor, I’m very interested in your story. If there is anyway I could speak with you about which direction I should take I’d appreciate the time.
Hi. like to see the one day in your life with you drone
Much appreciated video. Piloting a DJI drone is nothing like a normal drone. When I say normal I mean a drone not linked to china and gps enabled always. Dji doesnt teach you throttle control. Dji products do not make someone a professional UAV pilot. Yes I am a professional UAV pilot and do not use dji products.
Yes, a day in the life would be awesome, maybe take a job that a beginner would do and go through the work flow. I was about to get a used mavic pro 2 but now think I’ll get the Mavic air, I just fly fpv right now but really want to fly full time self employed 🙃
Sounds like alot of travel. Nix on that.
Awesome video thank you for posting it and sharing your story I look forward to seeing more of your awesome content keep up the good work 👍
Wow!!! This is such an interesting career choice. I need my 16 year old son to check this out!!!
Great info! I would love to see a "DAY in the Life"!
I lost my job and have a few dollars set aside to start a Drone biz. I would like to do mapping/surveying and inspecting…
What DRONE should I get and want do I need. "WHERE DO I START"? I will go back and watch more videos! 🙂
THANKS for being here.
George
Thank you for posting this ! I have just passed the 107 exam. Please do share a video or blog on your advice on how to proceeded , promote and what skills I should go after now in order to go full time. Thank you so much.. Jeff
Thanks for posting, and yes, I would love to see a "day in the Life" video. I personally feel that it would be inspiring. Still hoping you’ll offer training soon!
This is great, I’m about to go get my part 107 and already work for an energy company, but I definitely want to do more outside of that company. Maybe my own company eventually
I’ve been doing this for two years now. I have a hard time expanding my business. How do I get to do what you do?
Nice showreel, I am creating a site to promote drone pilot showreels at https://www.drone-media.net and through social media so hope you can add this video.
I love your videos! You’re very inspiring! I’ve been flying drones for about 7 years now and recently decided to get my 107. I should hopefully get it in the mail very soon. In the mean time, I’d love to see a video on construction progression, since that’s what I’m most interested in doing. Thanks a lot! Keep it up.
Thank you for your time and very interested in one of your upcoming videos for just starting up your drone business and maybe some hints on getting our pilots license
Thank you so much. Awesome information. Sub’ed and look forward to diving into your channel. Cheers
Definitely interested is getting my certification. Thanks for the GREAT videos. Super helpful. You’re the real MVP.
Enjoyed your video. Appreciate you sharing your story. I just purchased my first drone in hope of using it for recreation, and real estate. Are you still in Florida?
Very interesting…new sub here..I was thinking about getting into this for a side hustle…Thanks..
Thanks for this and all your videos. I’m just starting and your videos are a very informative.
Great video one day I’ll get into it I hope
