  28. Gus on April 22, 2022 at 6:45 pm

03:26 I wonder if the FPV industry is worth 4 bi dollars already. Doesn’t feel like it looking at the current shops that sells them.

  31. Santelmo on April 22, 2022 at 6:46 pm

No, but I want to see them sitting on a pilot’s chair with a VR on and remotely flying their drone. Now that’s a futuristic sight.

EDIT: Oh wait they are omg

  38. Nick on April 22, 2022 at 6:57 pm

Of course it’s really tough to get support for something that’s not even a sport. You fly drones? Cool bro!!!!

  39. Stephen Grube on April 22, 2022 at 6:57 pm

Interesting, but does a piss poor job of explaining exactly what the structure of the race is. Are various individual drones racing around the circuit at the same time, first one across the finish line wins? Or one drone at a time, fastest wins? How long is the course? What is the penalty system? Etc, etc..

  40. Le Troll on April 22, 2022 at 6:57 pm

The day they create a large plastic pipe that these drones fly through will be the day I will be truly impressed.

    Wipeout 2021

  42. Daniel P. on April 22, 2022 at 7:01 pm

Could they use those drones for light shows?

  43. tjames on April 22, 2022 at 7:03 pm

Would rather see a race around a typical 400m running track or a nascar track with occasional o-rings to pass through — allowing for greater lateral movement and top speeds, than a track so tight no one can race it without crashing. More entertaining imo.

  44. Tyler Wetzel on April 22, 2022 at 7:05 pm

Surprised this isn’t behind a pay wall

  45. Holden Caulfield on April 22, 2022 at 7:05 pm

I have been practicing with my drones as a hobby. My gear is fairly lower budget though and much slower, still fun.
