How to further stalk ThinkGeek:

Since FAA regulations cap out at 400ft for drones (unless you’re near a structure that is taller), 3,200ft just sounds like a way to get fined $10,000.

Paying all that just a fly the short distance of Bluetooth is not worth it.
That includes if it actually comes with Bluetooth Class 1 which only goes 100m aka 328ft.
And if it’s Class 2, that’s an even worse insult due to the short 10m aka 30ft range.

A custom build can include FPV with a 600mW video transmitter on 5.8GHz, with GPS, gimbal, camera, etc. and also can get you any where from 3km to 20km depending on your chosen equipment.
And still costs less than $900 !
