Great information, and also (maybe more importantly) really high quality production.

  2. Atort Photography on July 26, 2020 at 7:35 am

Really well spoken and clear keep it up! Taking certification in next couple weeks. 🚁💨💨💨💨💨

  3. Glory Matu on July 26, 2020 at 7:36 am

This is super useful. Thanks for the video. So, with this License, we can fly at national parks and state parks?

  4. Marlon Orellana on July 26, 2020 at 7:36 am

damn debating about buying a course from drone pro academy but if all I need is the video from Tony sign me up! ill just listen to it a couple of times lol

  5. Tomaso on July 26, 2020 at 7:36 am

Nice, conscience, and knowledgeable. Trifecta, Brother. I have seen Tony’s video. It is informative but some people will need to take the entire course because they don’t really have a clue and flying a drone is already an overwhelming task. I will follow your example and watch, take the practice test, then register for Part 107 from my local testing site. I’ll be on my way to becoming a Cinematic Drone God. I have subscribed to your channel. Your content is easy to watch, listen to and dance to. I gave it an 8 on a scale of 10. kidding. Keep it flowing brah. Aloha

  6. ARMANDOO on July 26, 2020 at 7:37 am

Just bought my drone. But here in Las Vegas is saying that I need to get a FAA Tracking number before scheduling the test although you don’t mention that so is it cause is different here? Any one in Las Vegas got this license before that can help me out? Thank you!

  12. Bernd Kulow on July 26, 2020 at 7:45 am

For how long is the 107 valid?

  13. Don Mahone on July 26, 2020 at 7:46 am

I have Recreational Flying a DJI Phantom 4 for a year. Since I’m flying more often, I am considering the FAA Part 107 license. Thanks for the supportive vid!

  14. Edgar Venzor on July 26, 2020 at 7:49 am

I need this lol but dang, trynna get this and the fulltimefilmmaker at the same time might get pricey

  15. cameraz99 on July 26, 2020 at 7:52 am

Great video! I noticed that at 3:11 , the FAA site says "FAA Airman Knowledge Testing is now available online for scheduling." How far in advance to we need to schedule an exam? Obviously, most test sites are closed at the moment due to CONVID-19. It also says we will need an FAA Tracking number. How does one get that? Thanks!

Sitting for the test tomorrow! Dang didn’t know that the convenience fees are so high, hoping I didn’t overpay by $60 😂😂😂

  17. AllDayErDay on July 26, 2020 at 7:57 am

Going to be getting mine to work for SDGE. Have a job lined up and everything. Watching the video you recommended next. One question though, how many questions was the test approximately?

  18. Papa Cool on July 26, 2020 at 7:58 am

Can you recommend a study material?…thanks

  19. Jonathan Pajak on July 26, 2020 at 7:59 am

  21. Linda King on July 26, 2020 at 8:07 am

I just signed up for online drone school. I can’t wait to get my license. As a beginner what type of drone should I get ?

  22. tom mcmann on July 26, 2020 at 8:07 am

  27. Average Sync on July 26, 2020 at 8:11 am

Hi just registered my drone in 107 FAA today but do I get a license card like you when I finish?

  28. The Upcoming Professional on July 26, 2020 at 8:12 am

    Congrats man, Pilot Zhou!

  29. Chris Harris on July 26, 2020 at 8:16 am

Just passed my Part 107 yesterday. Had plenty of time to study by being able to work from home and staying at home at night/weekends. No excuses, play like a champion!
I agree to watch Tony Northrup’s video a couple times.
Another cheap alternative instead of the online courses is to download the Remote Pilot app on your phone/tablet for $5. Has like 300+ practice questions and once you get through that and know them, the test is a breeze.

  30. T. S on July 26, 2020 at 8:17 am

Thanks a lot for the helpful information. Can you make a video about the jobs that you can apply for if you’re licensed? Does your card have an expiration date?

  31. Randall Ainsworth on July 26, 2020 at 8:19 am

Passed the test in March & got the plastic card just two days ago.

    I did

  32. Oscar Moreno Fosado on July 26, 2020 at 8:19 am

  37. Mr. Lodoto on July 26, 2020 at 8:27 am

Bro, thanks so much for the information and the tips. This video was absolutely amazing especially since I had no idea what part 107 is and how to get my drone license. I’m working on that right now. I’ve been flying my Mavic pro for 3 years now and realized that I could start earning some money on the side on a hobby that I love.

  38. Boom Stick on July 26, 2020 at 8:28 am

Great video! I just subscribed!! I’m fixing to get into the drone life so this was very helpful. Looking at buying a Mavic Pro 2, or Autel evo 2, or maybe just wait for the Mavic Pro 3 to come out????

  39. HarlemKnite on July 26, 2020 at 8:31 am

Studying and will be testing shortly!!! Even though I never flew one lol

  40. Greg Howard on July 26, 2020 at 8:32 am
