Thanks T-Mac! you gave me the incentive to register and study. Following your study guide, I just passed with a 98%!
Thank you for posting this video sir. Trying to fly a drone commercially as a side gig and this video got me primed for flight. Thanks again!
Thanks for the info
Hey Tmac, just wanted to say thank you for your very informative video. I followed your lead and studied per your recommendations and just passed my 107 with an 87. Thanx again…….
I just subscribed because of your UCF polo. Also thank you for the information. 😀
Hi TMac,
Great video, thanks. I’m planing on taking the exam in Nov. 2020. I recently read that now ALL drones must be registered regardless of the weight. Is this true?
Thanks.
great video as always.
At 8:03 in the video for "Sectional Charts" you have noted "Aeronautical chart users guide, pp11-19, 23-30" ………in which of the 3 handout (or Airman’s testing supplement) can this be found? Thank you in advance.
Thanks so much im gonna use this! Clear Skies!!
Great video.. thanks.. may be using it to help guide me towards passing the FAA part107.
Thank you TMac, I did half of what you said to do and just passed with a 92%. This video is perfect… Free, to the point, and filled with the necessary resources.
"
a great video thank u
Thank you sir
This was really helpful, thank you.
Fantastic video!
Thank you for your time making these videos.
Thank you. Your step by step instructions on how to register and schedule the test was the most helpful info every. Thanks Again.
Great video. Just a fyi, at 12:35 in the video, on the Left Downwind the aircraft is heading 270 West, not 180 South. I know what u ment very well, ty.
Thanks for a well structured out study resource
Thank you for this! I just began studying for the 107 and felt overwhelmed. The way you broke it down over a month is perfect. I subscribed and am looking forward to watching your other videos. 🙏
Tmac I believe you are my new best friend! this blew me away, so "to the point" and great direction,, I’m going to dig in, thank you for posting
Hi again TMac,
You’ve proven to be my reliable source with questions. I’m preparing to take my Part 107 test next week and I have a doubt concerning the alcohol subject. In a prep test I took, there was this question:
How long does it take for a mixed drink or one beer to pass through your body?
I always thought 3 hours was the correct answer but according to the Prep Test, it’s 8 hours. I know you have to wait at least 8 hours after drinking but the question clearly says " how long to pass", not "how long you have to wait".Can you clear this up for me?
Thanks a lot.
Hi TMac just wanted to let you know that I passed he Part107 today with a score of 90 🙂 This exam prep was very helpful and I did it without buying into any of the online or in person prep class. You saved me a bundle and at the same time I learned a lot of aviation knowledge. Now I am beginning to think about maybe taking up some manned flying lessons 🙂 Do you have any video or advice on how to do that? Maybe transitioning from remote pilot to manned pilot. Thanks again and stay healthy in this era of Covid! 🙂
Thank you for putting this all together! Really appreciate your efforts and attention to detail.
Thanks for this video and study guide. I just passed with 93% and I highly recommend TMac’s approach to train for the certification!
Thank you so much I passed today with an 80%!!!!! Check out my IG @SharkLifeBobbyLs thanks for this information
Man thanks for doing all this!
WOW!! So much super helpful free info!! Thank you sir very much for posting this!!!!
It’s 02/16/2021, thanks to this video and the recommended videos, I was able to pass the part 107 with an 88%… thank you for taking the time to make this video🤙🏽
Thanks you make it seem doable
TMac – Thanks for your time & effort in sharing your resources & exam tips.
T traffic pattern tip was especially helpful for me.
I have been using the FAA Free PDF handbooks & even went by my local testing center- They loaned me an actual FAA-CT-80802H Airman Knowledge test Supplement. I am reviewing it at home to become familiar with all the legends and Charts, METARs/ TAFs..
Test scheduled 2 weeks out
You got this! what are you waiting for? Position yourself now for new opportunities. Its simple and with free prep! Gonna get "Certified?"🤩
Very helpful, thanks
"How long does it take one mix drink or one beer to pass through your body"? I ran into this question twice during all my studies and got 2 differnt answers, 1) answer was 8hrs and the other 2) answer was 3 hrs. Why would they have 2 different answers for the same question?
Used the links above, along with a few other sources and videos and passed the test with a 93 (4 wrong). Had a few questions (ex. one of them actually dealt with the Remarks section for a METAR, so at least read them) that I hadn’t run across before. For the most part though, this prep material was right on target. Thanks for the effort to put this together.
TMac – Thanks for putting in the time to collect all of these materials – it is very helpful! One question of clarification for you. In you study notes regarding humidity, you state "Humidity = less visibility, more efficient flight performance"; however, according to FAA materials
"Effects of Humidity (Moisture) on Density
The preceding paragraphs are based on the presupposition of perfectly dry air. In reality, it is never
completely dry. The small amount of water vapor suspended in the atmosphere may be negligible
under certain conditions, but in other conditions humidity may become an important factor in the
performance of an aircraft. Water vapor is lighter than air; consequently, moist air is lighter than dry
air. Therefore, as the water content of the air increases, the air becomes less dense, increasing
density altitude and decreasing performance. It is lightest or least dense when, in a given set of
conditions, it contains the maximum amount of water vapor."
That sounds like humidity causes less efficient flight performance. I just want to make sure I understand this topic. THANKS AGAIN!!
My Original Drone Test was much easier than this Recurrent Test I took today …
👏 great video!
Great content. Thank you. I will put this to good use! Keep up all your efforts!
Great video!
TMac, so lucky to find this video and your guide! Along with Tony Northrup this is one of the best summary and way to prep for the Part 107 exam. I’m excited to take the exam after watching your video and hope I can pass it on the first try. This video guide is really awesome and thanks for posting it! You can probably form your own school and charge people to help them review. Some of the reviews out there are just too expensive $150 to $300 and you can probably drop that price down and be competitive in terms of pricing. Anyways, thanks again for the video and I did hit subscribe 🙂
Thank you for saving me from wondering aimlessly for videos and tutorials. No fluff and Exactly what I was looking for.
Excellent
Excellent review of material, thank you!
TMac, Thank you for all the content. This video was great and I used it as part of my study guide for my FAA Part 107 test prep. I was able to take the test a few days ago and passed with flying colors. Thank you again for the video and great explanations. I also wanted to take the opportunity to say I have build and tuned a RATTLER XF and absolutely love it. Keep up the great work. The community appreciates it.
Hi TMac! Thank you for a very informative video. Do you know if the test changes much from year to year? I plan on taking my test in the next couple of months of 2021.
Thank you very much, sir! With your help and the links you shared I was able to pass today with a score of 85!
Most excellent. I just took the 60 question test from the https://jrupprechtlaw.com/part-107-knowledge-test/#initial. I got a 99.1. WOW, I’ve been studying for a month now and I’m doing now. Your video was very good for me all around. Thank You.
Thank you Sir for putting this altogether this is very kind of you…..oh and GO KNIGHTS!
