Pricing and Full Specs: http://bit.ly/EZPilot

Learning to fly FPV? The EMAX EZ Pilot is a full FPV “tiny whoop” drone kit that includes the drone, the remote control, and FPV goggles. The EZ Pilot has three different flight modes that will allow you to begin flying with one stick and then advance to flying in angle mode. The 1S batteries that the EZ Pilot uses are compatible with other small FPV drones like the EMAX Tiny Hawk and Tiny Hawk S.

In this video we unbox the EMAX EZ Pilot, set it up and demonstrate what it can do. The price is $109 US dollars.

  3. Troy Schultz on June 17, 2020 at 7:03 am

great review! This or Tinyhawk 2 RTF for beginners?

  10. i Got That Crypto on June 17, 2020 at 7:12 am

DO NOT BUY! I purchased this and it didn’t work. EMAX won’t let me return it. Wasted my time and money.

  11. Chris Hope on June 17, 2020 at 7:14 am

That looks like the one to get started with. Thanks Kelly.

  13. david chilton on June 17, 2020 at 7:17 am

Did your other antennae improve reception? Thanks

Wow, Kelly, very cool little FPV starter set. EMAX sure put out a complete starter kit at an excellent price. It looks like a unique Christmas gift for the grandkids to start FPV flying. Thank you, Kelly, I wish you and your family a Very Happy and Safe Thanksgiving Holiday, take care!

  17. typeOhh on June 17, 2020 at 7:21 am

Looks like a Tinyhawk copy if anything.

  18. Michael on June 17, 2020 at 7:23 am

Just go acro mode though, get through the frustration and have so much more fun.
Was wondering about the Emax goggles quality, but hard to say as it’s dependent on the incoming feed. 😡

  19. TASER on June 17, 2020 at 7:23 am

Used your link to EMAX to buy only to find out I can only pay with paypal no credit cards so I canx my order

  20. Danno Krueger on June 17, 2020 at 7:24 am

and vice versa, can you fly the hawk s with the controller you get with the ez pilot?

  21. barking.dog.productions1776 on June 17, 2020 at 7:25 am

I picked one of these up with a few spare drone batteries. Still learning how to fly it, but this video sure explains the basics very well… better than the paper instructions. I still don’t consider the drone simple to fly… my DJI Phantom is dead simple. With the DJI and hands off the sticks it stops and waits for your next input. GPS is nice… this takes a bit more skill. 🙂

    Nice flying, BTW. 🙂

Thanks Kelly great review very well done

  23. Mark Partain on June 17, 2020 at 7:28 am

Hey, Great video. I bought one after watching your video a few days ago. It arrived today so I charged it and tried it out today. It immediately drifted to the left and I couldn’t get it to stop. Tried calibrating the remote but I can’t follow the directions they wrote. Now the drone immediate flips and goes wildly out of control on takeoff. Can you show or tell how the remote, they call it gimball, calibration is done? I tried setting it on a level surface after plugging in the battery so I don’t know if the drone or remote is out of whack. Thanks.

  24. Groo t on June 17, 2020 at 7:28 am

Can you hook up two at a time ?

  25. pedro lima on June 17, 2020 at 7:31 am

    does this have acro?

  26. MARCUS on June 17, 2020 at 7:31 am

    Hey mate.
Can you use the remote from the beginner on the brushless tinyhawk?

  27. Piers Taylor on June 17, 2020 at 7:31 am

I’m really wanting the tiny hawk s, but I want to buy the ex pilot first, will the ex pilot take a 600mha 1s 3.7v battery? The same as the tiny hawk?

  28. Ian Beaty on June 17, 2020 at 7:31 am

I got one of these to teach friends and relatives to fly, but it ended up being kind of useless because it has a terrible drift back and to the left. I have adjusted the trims and tried calibrating it on a level surface, but I cannot get rid of the drift. I found other youtube comments mentioning this same problem. I can fly it in the intermediate or advanced modes because I am comfortable compensating for the drift, but it is really hard for inexperienced friends to constantly fight the drift. The beginner mode is totally worthless even for me because without the ability to roll to the right to compensate for the drift, the quad constantly flies back and to the left until it runs into something. Any ideas of how to take care of this problem?

  29. mike stroup on June 17, 2020 at 7:32 am

    I bought two of’em for my boys….

  30. Dark Nes21 on June 17, 2020 at 7:33 am

I think I rather just jump into the tiny hawk RTF kit. Too bad the Tiny hawkS doesn’t come with a RTF kit. I was hoping EMax would release that before Xmas…This looks more for kids who never Flew before.

Also always Kelly great vid… thank for all the great reviews

Happy Holidays Kelly. Nice beginners set for FPV. I am considering after meeting and seeing Ed Ricker at SpinUp 2019. I have you to thank for expanding my interest in Droning outside of what I have been doing already. SpinUp 2019 was a great experience. You present well these mini-reviews of drones, skateboard, etc… I’m still learning the hobby but enjoying the journey.
