Drone in Kenya!

Drone in Kenya!

VLOG 3. March 8, 2017 begins with a drone mission to get footage of Mombasa. DJI Mavic drone was used. It’s incredible but drones are a sensitive issue in Kenya. Had to book it back to the hotel to get ready to go to the factory. Began production on pillows with two women and Roy and I talk at length about the suede leather bags from India. It was one of our more colorful discussions. Overall a frustrating day but that is the nature of doing business in Africa.

How did you manage to get your drone through airport customs, apparently they have been confiscating them?

Why do they not make the bags you ask for? Why is it that they are different from what you want them to be like?

Hey man. Cool vlog. Just wanted to ask how you got the drone into Kenya? Did you arrive via the airport or did you cross overland? I’m planning on taking my mavic to Kenya next week, but am a little concerned it will get confiscated or something like that. Any advice would be awesome. Cheers
