Hi Mark, Thanks for the information , I have now completed the Training and passed the exam (Got the certificate) but when I suggested to my friends that they do the same they protested that it is not required to get this certificate. Is it the case that it is advisable / sensible or is it required. I have done a fair amount of research and cant find information that confirms this as a requirement. many thanks and I am glad I completed the training as it was extremely helpful.

Thanks Mark, did mine today. Couple of questions were Luxembourg based so had to take a guess 😀 course very similar in style to the A2 CofC. Will be interested to see your experiences if you do the Euro A2 version.

Hi thanks for your video extremely helpful. I will register on the Luxembourg website as you did. I have the dji mini 2. I plan on being a tourist in Spain. Their EASA website isn’t straight forward. Did you have any link directly to the page where I can register my drone there please? Even the consulate don’t reply to me

Thanks for making this. It will be useful for my trip to Portugal next year. There is so much misinformation and general drivel on the Facebook groups about it, you were right to make a factual video. Liked and subscribed👍🏻

I am in Portugal and the local police just flew a drone over my property, hovering for several minutes at upper window level of my house. They then flew it over our heads. Is this legal? They did not inform me beforehand

In order to do the test on that link it asks me to login which requires me to create an account. When on the create account page it asks for the "Organisation" and gives a drop down list. What do I select in that list please Mark?

Nice one Mark, planning on going to Madeira in June, just completed the course, thanks for the video & links 😉

  27. Dan Solano on August 14, 2021 at 10:49 pm

I found Luxembourg test on par with the UK A2 Cofc – way more comprehensive than the DEMARES.
