Great video – take care when flying in Europe especially after 31/12/20 because pretty much all of your flying would be illegal. New rules come into force that really restrict flying over buildings and people – basically, you won’t be able to!

    2 questions:

    1. I’m wearing glasses. Will it be an issue when wearing goggles to fly FPV? Is there any empty space to accommodate my glasses?

    2. Since there are 2 cameras on FPV (built in and Go Pro), will the point of view of Go Pro will match closely to the built in one (that feeds to the goggle)? Or there will be compensation. If yes, how you manage that the Go Pro point of view resembles closely to the built in one?

    Thanks!

Very nice video informative, can you give link 🔗 for your Fpv drone or name, website to buy.

  8. Antoine St-Germain on November 17, 2020 at 8:57 pm

Can you film slowly with fpv too? Seems like you need to go fast for the drone to tilt or wtv. Could you do those slow, steady shots too?

  9. Mikrodronefiend Videos on November 17, 2020 at 8:59 pm

Great video I fly both and fpv is the way to go. Some of the cinawhoops that are available now when in angle mode look better that Dji also. Very creative video, I subbed.

I prefer DJI drones not because Im a fan boy or some shit , it’s mostly because it’s safer to fly. Gets the cinematic film that I want. And fpv is cool but it makes me dizzy as hell lol.

How do you like the TBS Oblivion? looks like it comes pre-built im debating whether purchasing this or something like the Eachine Wizard. love the vid btw

I have a feeling you’re going to be the next big FPV Pilot 🙂

  13. MANOLET l YETFPV on November 17, 2020 at 9:06 pm

I have mavic air, but when I started getting into fpv 3 weeks ago I loved it! Built my first 5 inch quad for freestyle , and now I’m building 3 inch cinewhoop. One thing , it’s much more harder to controll and it takes a lot of time to practice , but once you get comfortable, men it’s a lot of fun!

If some of you want to get into the hobby , I highly suggest you to watch joshua bardwell, mr. steele , ledrib, dronemesh and many more that will teach you how to build one.
I suggest you before you build one, just buy the controller first and start playin on a simulator. Cause it’s not worth it to build one without knowing how to controll it. You’re going to crash A LOT , don’t just buy Ready to fly drone. Build your own so you know how to build it.

But one thing , it’s very expensive.

  14. Patterson Leon on November 17, 2020 at 9:07 pm

Is it a mavic 2 zoom or pro???

  15. Смирнов Максим on November 17, 2020 at 9:07 pm

    Battery for fpv 😉

    Dji best product 👏❤️

  17. Beezer Media on November 17, 2020 at 9:11 pm

I have a mavic air and have just started piecing together my first FPV build. Getting a receiver to start playing sims ASAP. It’s nice to have both options! Thanks for the video.

Looks like everyone is trying to fly Fpv now, thanks Dji 😑

  20. Laurens van Roomen on November 17, 2020 at 9:13 pm

For a moment I thought you were going to compare with the new DJI fpv system. But interesting video anyway! Cool to see the differences, very well done. I’m still flying in a sim only, to practice for Cinematic flying. And I am still looking for which system I will buy, yours looks good! More FPV I would say!

  21. Willy Foxx on November 17, 2020 at 9:17 pm

bro, be careful! hahah That is Tossa de mar, next to home…and here is absolutely not allowed to fly, even less with that many people. I’m just saying, I fly too, but you culd get a huge fine in Spain for that 🙂 cheers and good video!

  22. Elroy Ahmet on November 17, 2020 at 9:18 pm

Awesome video! I really like the colours of the FPV Drone and the footage looks good! But i will use the DJI if i want just easy relax footage. I want to try fly a FPV Drone one day. Now i only used a DJI Drones.. Thanks Danny for this great video!

  23. Alex K. on November 17, 2020 at 9:18 pm

Dude, what’s wrong with you flying a FPV over so many people? When this thing disconnects it just falls of the sky like a stone. There is no hovering and no return to base. Really man, that s***. You don’t wanna be down there yourself. Appreciate your videos and content though but start getting responsible. Is that worth it for 4k followers?

  24. Rokas Z on November 17, 2020 at 9:20 pm

bring the exposure down. Your video is way over exposed. Just a tip for future videos 🙂

  25. Simon Stalschus on November 17, 2020 at 9:23 pm

    Hey, great video!
But for anyone intersted in FPV, the TBS Oblivion is way too expensive (for most FPV pilots underpowered) and outdated (no offense).
Also there are sub 250g Quads with already installed hd cameras like for example the GEPRC Cygnet CX 3. The footage is not as good as the Gopros ofc, but you are allowed to fly quads, that are below 250g without a spotter in FPV in most regions. If you need longrange TBS crossfire system is still the best, but you can use the system in any FPV quad (and most frsky tranmitters with added module), a cheap and good one for example would be the IFlight Nazgul 5, which can also carry a gopro easily.

When you’re like: "I’VE BEEN THERE! I RECOGNIZE THAT RESTAURANT AND THAT ROAD" lol

  27. Monologe mit Idioten on November 17, 2020 at 9:23 pm

100% illegal flights with both ..
don’t get me wrong nice shoots 👌🏻 nice video. Just don’t get arrested when you fly..

  28. David Kanis on November 17, 2020 at 9:24 pm

I remember my trip to Spain. It was not allowed to fly drones there, how dod u manage to do that! 😀

  29. JChris FPV on November 17, 2020 at 9:24 pm

Any fpv drone is a custom build. Therefore you mustn’t fly above others head. Failsafe or any other issue may cause a desync and a crash eventually. I would say it doesn’t apply to DJI drones where you are only an operator, not a pilot. Any issue will cause landing procedure or rth. Cheers!

  30. HuyRebel on November 17, 2020 at 9:25 pm

what strap to buy to strap the gopro?

  31. Atrillo Louis Elago on November 17, 2020 at 9:25 pm

Damn that town takes you to a different era

  32. MeeKaaH on November 17, 2020 at 9:25 pm

you’re completely nuts flying over that many people with an fpv quad like that… not that a mavic is allowed either but its at least way safer

  33. Paul R on November 17, 2020 at 9:25 pm

Betaflight for fpv quad has gps rescue mode

  34. Matthew Dahlberg on November 17, 2020 at 9:26 pm

I ended up buying the TBS oblivion! Absolutely love it so far! Thank you 🙏🏻

  36. Jack Bisson on November 17, 2020 at 9:27 pm

The DJI FPV Air Unit, Goggles, and Controller are pretty slick too. The video is amazing as I bet you. But I mention it for other viewers.

  37. pkerlei on November 17, 2020 at 9:29 pm

try the DJI FPV in HD.

Flying a drone in Spain is a death sentence. Way too many CTR zones and firefighting heliports (https://drones.enaire.es/). 0:55 BTW, proindependence flag is in this video.

  41. luffy Zhang on November 17, 2020 at 9:35 pm

    you need dji fpv system😆😆

  42. Amar Nath on November 17, 2020 at 9:35 pm

GPS rescue is there is some FPV drones? Please reply

  43. Charlie on November 17, 2020 at 9:36 pm

Camera Quality is amazing! What camera are you filming this with? (Not the drones)

  44. Moises Bowe on November 17, 2020 at 9:38 pm

    I lived there for 3years!

  45. Smartfan on November 17, 2020 at 9:38 pm

Your framerate doesn‘t match, the Video flow is very staccato you must make your Video exakt with the fps of your drone Video Material

  46. Joel H on November 17, 2020 at 9:40 pm

Great comparison mate! I’m picking up my first fpv drone today actually! Also, tossa de mar is beautiful! I were there back in June this summer 🙂

  49. Mark Sabo on November 17, 2020 at 9:45 pm

DJI’s drones are like alien technology. DJI definitely because it’s built for that specific purpose, some tv shows used DJI drones. Not saying that FPV is bad it’s just that DJI gives more relaxed and stable cinematic footage.
