CHEAP FPV UNDER $100

Do you want to fly a drone with goggles like a Drone Racing League pilot? If you are starting off with nothing I will show you everything necessary to start flying FPV and it is only going to cost $100. For someone who is first starting out it may be confusing to select components and get them all working together. I have made this video to help you become an expert tiny whoop pilot. There are a lot of different versions of the popular Tiny Whoop and this is a variation using the cheapest components that will still give you a great experience. I show you how to mount the FPV camera on the tiny drone and how to get transmitted signal to the goggles so you can see where your flying.

Flight Weight Stock:
21.7 grams
Flight weight with FPV:
26.5 grams

Anything over 27 grams total and the little quadcopter is hard to keep hovering in the air without bouncing off the ground. If you can find lighter components then they will work better. Remember the lighter the final weight is the better it will fly.

MAIN COMPONENTS:
Quadcopter
Video Camera and Transmitter
Goggles
Batteries

    C’mon. $100? That s bit hi. The quad? $30-40. 600 TVL camera/vtx , $17-18 and a $15-17 Rcvr. Only $65 – $75. Then a monitor or goggles. $30. Yeah, ok.$100 not too bad.but most already

  15. IsekaiSempai on August 30, 2020 at 10:54 am

Is there any specific camera that needs to be use? I’m really confused with those that has Vtx board and those that doesn’t have one?

  24. Droning And Going on August 30, 2020 at 11:04 am

Or you could just buy the eachine E013. Comes with goggles, drone with fpv camera, and controller. It’s all rtf.

  29. VORTEX on August 30, 2020 at 11:09 am

  30. Berk Can on August 30, 2020 at 11:09 am

  35. pulesjet on August 30, 2020 at 11:18 am

Ya think it would cart a camera and two of the 150mA batteries ? Thinking of paralleling the 150mA cells.

  36. doktor drone on August 30, 2020 at 11:21 am

this is useful for me, thank you very much, may all the best for you 🙂

  38. Sunny Wong on August 30, 2020 at 11:22 am

  39. Knee-Cola on August 30, 2020 at 11:23 am

Could I use similar setup to flying my DJI Mavic Pro? DJI goggles are expensive as hell while the video feed via WiFi has a lot of latency. Can TX02 be connected to it’s own battery? I don’t want to mess with modifying my Mavic. PS thanks for a great video!

  40. Dan barb on August 30, 2020 at 11:24 am

I think the best mini quad in this price range is the eachine E061H. I reached 10 minutes with one battery, this could be a nice platform for FPV ?

  41. John Stenborg on August 30, 2020 at 11:26 am

Bom dia. Me tire uma dúvida. Obrigado. Bello canal! Parabéns!

  43. Mr Klean on August 30, 2020 at 11:28 am

I’ve done this on a drone and the drone flys up and then not even a minute later goes. Back down and blinks for low battery.do I need a better quality drone ?

  44. Pattskidee on August 30, 2020 at 11:29 am

  49. Pete Jansen on August 30, 2020 at 11:38 am

Did you use the more powerful camera?

  50. Xplosion FPV on August 30, 2020 at 11:39 am

3:12 you said the normal flight mode, what does that mean, there is acro, self level, horizon, airmode, headfree. I am assuming you mean self level for tiny whoops ad acro for full sized?
