   Make sure you know the laws and regulations where you live, a friend of mine was told by a (New York) Best Buy salesperson there were no restrictions because of the size or weight? and when he got it outside it wouldn’t let him fly it, and they said there is an $80 restocking fee, quite a gimmick, almost sounds illegal?
