Fat Shark 101 is an exceptional trainer drone if you are just getting started with drone racing. It’s a smaller elongated drone with 13 inches in length and 9 inches in width and weighs about 2 pounds. The motors used in Fat Shark 101 are brushed coupled with two blade props and a LiPo battery that can provide you a flight time of around 5-8 minutes, depending on your flying style. It is a mid-level, brushed quadcopter capable of training new pilots and aggressive sport flight. You can integrate the Shark Quad directly with the Recon Goggles and Fat Shark Radio in the Fat Shark 101 Drone Training Kit for a seamless and straightforward sport drone training approach. It’s possible to pair a Fly Sky-compatible radio with the quad for custom controller options. This drone broadcasts a signal that works with the full range of FatShark headsets from the ultra-immersive Recon box goggles to the professional-pilot-favorite HD3s. This racing drone is equipped with four custom 8520 brushed 8.5mm motors and a custom 130° FOV camera. Fat Shark 101 is an RTF drone that indicates you don’t have to get any extra accessories like remote control or goggles to make it operate. You will get everything you require to get out and start flying.

Okay, let’s get a bit serious and look at some expert racing drones. The Walkera F210 3D Edition is a pro racer that comes equipped with powerful motors and sturdy carbon fiber frame. It’s a ready-to-fly unit that comes provided with all the required accessories right off the box except for the goggles. The onboard flight controller is state of the art F3D, providing the F210 some great flight abilities due to its superior sensors. You can also plug it into your machine and program your own settings for advance flying. The central axis design ensures the aircraft’s gravity center is in the middle, making the flight more stable and turning easier. With the adjustable angle, high-definition night vision camera, and real-time image transmission, the camera captures a detailed picture, even in cloudy weather or at night. The photosensitive sensors can automatically adjust according to the brightness of the light. When in dark places, the chip can easily switch to infrared surveillance mode to usually ensure the aircraft traverses. In manual mode, pilots can freely adjust the angle of the camera according to their needs. Equipped with sensitive joysticks and buttons, the classic remote controller DEVO 7 ensures better control and human-computer interaction. Furthermore, the ergonomic contour design makes it convenient to use.

This here is one of the most popular mid-level racing drones on the market. Needless to state, this is an RTF model that comes with everything you require to start training. Of course, for those who need to take things to the next level, there’s always an opportunity to purchase FPV goggles which will kick things up in terms of immersion. X-Speed 250B V2 is based on Raptor 390 Tower and highlights 30A ESCs together with F3 flight controller. PD board is here too, as well as a Radiolink AT9 transmitter. Also, it also comes with a 4S 1500mAh LiPo battery that makes certain it can fly around without any power-related problems. It offers ample inner space, 268mm wheelbase, 6 inches propeller, and other compatible equipment.

Pretty awful list for the "Best racing drones". Anything from Emax or BetaFPV is leagues ahead of anything on this list :/
