the missiles and radar of pantysr s1 is open for Electronic Warefare attacs…..this is reason why russian systems cant stop drones…..if syria shoot many drones than theymade propaganda with tham and bring his photage but only one drone shootet……that say us that pantysyr what syria becomes from russia cant stop the turkish drones, other ways syria make propaganda with shootet drone photage

The big drones wont be much of a problem to a force with good AA. However it is the smaller low altitude suicide drones that will be a problem. The ones carrying a hand-grenade/claymore or a top attack AT mine .

What I see will stop drones are EMP/ECM weapons . it will be hard operating drones in the electromagnetic Hell, that will be the next big war. This goes without saying what nuclear weapons would cause as far as interference. Even autonomous drones will have a hard time, when they are getting hit by ECM scramblers and EMP partical and/or beam weapons. Anything "flying by wire" might have a bad day , if their circuits get fried. we’re not just talking datalinks not working, i think we can forget that and any sat links either.

The drones we should really worry about are the autonomous/drone nuclear torpedoes , which have very long range and can carry 5-50 Megaton bombs , at depths far exceeding submarines, right up to an enemy coastline. How would you stop those things ? The Russian Poseidon is an example.

How would a drone defend itself from a P51 Mustang closing in for the kill?

sounds like the day isn’t far off when humanity will be eliminated without the need of nuclear weapons. the drones will inherit the earth

  9. Pandit on March 26, 2021 at 12:45 am

1000 drones with 2 kg of explosives each can be launched from a fighter jet like su30 mki now if they have AI which tracks and attack enemy will be like deadly for entire regiment of tanks

  11. TV Gerbil on March 26, 2021 at 12:46 am

It would be strange if the Russians did not think of making cheap ground based decoys to simulate air defense systems in order to attract attacks from drones or Wild Weasel type anti radar attackers.

Armed Drones scare the S#$% out of me. They will or already are being used against a countries own citizens. I do not see this ending well. Not to mention the hell terrorists could unleash.

Anti drone systems will be the hit of the market this year. All they need, is more wars.

  18. OtakuSnake on March 26, 2021 at 12:53 am

Drones are nothing but low cost anti insurgency weapons, in a real war drones will be jammed, hacked, brought down so easy it’s not even worth it. Same reason why today we don’t have automated fighter jets and vehicles because it only takes 1 good hacking devise to fall into enemy hands

  19. Δημήτρης Ο Δημήτρης on March 26, 2021 at 12:54 am

Drones even in 100 years will be inferior to fighters

  20. Δημήτρης Ο Δημήτρης on March 26, 2021 at 12:54 am

I have many doupts in the power of drones, they are either used alone or will be in swarms in case of large wars, both of which are easily dealth with traditional anti air guns, missiles arent useful for them.

Best is to fight at higher altitude like Siachen glacier and ladakh (recent’s India Vs China border conflicts)
No UAV’s no jets (basic science)
Use light tanks and artillery and guns
Atleast that would lead to less casualties

  23. ManilaDreams on March 26, 2021 at 12:55 am

Drones maybe effective on the open field… But it is less effective in Jungle like Vietnam or Philippines. It is slow to react in harsh terrains

  24. Jack Daniels on March 26, 2021 at 12:58 am

  25. hope good on March 26, 2021 at 12:59 am

Drones are cheap and best which maked tanks obsolete and target practice

  26. Wibowo PR on March 26, 2021 at 1:01 am

stopping a swarm of autonomous kamikaze drones with artificial intelligence is not simply a matter of throwing enough missiles, bullets, or even lasers at it

imagine a swarm of bees attack, you won’t be able to stop it, even with the most advanced conventional weapons you have

it takes something to burn the electronic circuits that are the brains of the swarm drones, maybe some kind of electronic impulse weapon

It seems everyone is having a go.

  31. Chris Kiustenoglou on March 26, 2021 at 1:08 am

Israel aero dom Very low cost and can destroy 1100 target even United States order them. Greece buying them to. Greece is building the most powerful drones right now

    U need thunderstorm
Something like weather control to make them uncontrolable and useles… but that’s hardcore…
Myb sending high voltage in air should destroy drones something like Tesla tower.. or interupt their radar freq.. gps..

How you fight cheaply made mass drones group with RPGS

  36. Bernard Edwards on March 26, 2021 at 1:13 am

Yes, but the Syrians and Armenians didn’t have any Zeros. Before a drone knew what was happening, a Zero would pop up behind it and hammer it with two 20mm cannon and two 7.7mm machine guns. Goodbye drone! No use trying to out-turn a Zero either, as many an Allied pilot found to his cost. Out-run it? The Zero could do 350mph and had a 1,000 mile range without drop tanks.

If future wars will be carried out by robots or drones in its entirety then what’s the point of having wars against ourselves

  39. marigold kuttan on March 26, 2021 at 1:16 am

Armenia has to come with a smart and cost effective solution for handling the drone menace. Armenia can do it. Believe in yourself.

Nuke until there is no people left to control drones.

  42. Peter Tholen on March 26, 2021 at 1:19 am

Drones increases the chance of warfare. The people back home won’t see any body bags with their loved ones in them. Their will be no protests against the war because back home because no one will loose a loved one.
Tanks will become drones. Ships will become drones.

  43. David Herron on March 26, 2021 at 1:19 am

Drones are the new level of cowardess to learn to accept.

  44. Johny Dickhead on March 26, 2021 at 1:20 am

Drones currently in use are slow and fragile, any ground to air projectile can easily take a drone down. A laser pointer can blind it, a turboprop powered recon plane can take it down easy.

  45. Zoran Kalina on March 26, 2021 at 1:20 am

Yust blind them with laser, lights, radiovaves, lures of all kinds, microvaves, deflectors, small rockets ,bulits ,smoke. Ballons and cabels…etc👍😊

To stand against the Azeris and the Ottomans one obviously needs the full cover of a world power. I think many countries are unprepared for drone warfare. Maybe Turkey could use their drones against the Kurds and Syria as well – or against the Greeks.

  48. ömer s. on March 26, 2021 at 1:24 am

90% of drone shoot photage from karabag are from bayraktar tb2 drone,,,but here only talk about israeli drones…..and in syria only one turkish drone shottet by lot of pantsyr and s300…..some clibs you can see how pantsyr shoot his missile but not hit the drone …..the point is that russian army had no answer to turkish drones….now russia have new missile and radar program he modernize his pantysr and radar systems…that say many things to us about the situation of sam systems, but here only talk bla bla israeli drones
