I told you that if you remember
you say that this one has gears/motor setup,but it looks like 210 motor setup basically…which is prop mounted directly on motor… i did have a couple of wltoys drones from a few years back that have brushed motors with gears…which i hate… fixed them a few times… finally my big wltoys motor died and replacements are not worth me fixing..

Gave it to my daughter and she flies it every now and then.
My controller is not connecting to the drone is there a reason for it ?
Good review. Instead of showing how to unbox you have shown what we need to know, video quality in particular. The video quality looks better that others I’ve seen. Are the still photos any better?

Nice flier. Similar in structure with the LS-Mini and S66 mini drones. One thing I noticed with 4DRC drones is that they all have very bad cameras. I currently have a V2 (aka COGY) and a V8 (aka Vinci) and I almost had an F5 (aka Wiser). I had to return the F5 because its specs were not really the same as advertised. It supposedly had 6k cameras but it was really only 0.3MP (and a host of other spec claims not true). In fairness, in terms of drone appearance and packaging 4DRC drones are good.

Thank you for the lessons. I’m just starting out and my eyes aren’t to good anymore being that I’m 53. I got the Mavic air 2S for a good deal but wanted to start with this to learn how to fly. Is this a good enough one to use to learn or should I get something a little bigger?

i lost one that size and speed the other day… not sure why ..it happens fast… i was in my side lot …then i got pretty high had a brain fart and saw just a spec over neighbors big tree.. lost orientation ,cut throttle and looked for about 30 mins .. bummer…it never feels good to lose a plane or a drone ..and you always say never again… lost maybe 3 drones and 4-5 planes over last 10 years… i also climbed a lot of trees etc finding many..
Heres a question i cant seem to figure out the answer to…is this drone faster than the hs210… i think top speed on my hs210 is 10 mph with no wind.. my other mini drones from 9 years ago do around 25 mph outside… they have no altitude hold …the fast mini drones i have can be found on ebay its JD 385 6 axis mini… quite a hand fun… years ago i was real good at flying them… lost several and gave as gifts…way harder to fly then these altitude hold little buggers…But they could punch out to 100 foot in around 2 seconds used a 1s 245 mah…batt… thanks for sharing
